Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all security tags intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the provided return invoice and RMA form are included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Handover and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized DHL service point or schedule a complimentary collection via the carrier's website using your tracking number.
